Cheyenne, Wyoming – March 2, 2022– Oblivion.io Software LLC., a software company focused on developing blockchain-based and people-centric collaboration platforms, announced today the successful closing of the Seed Funding round for Catalyze, its Web 3.0 SocialFi collaboration platform, resulting in a total projected valuation of $10 million. This marks a major step towards Catalyze’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO) planned for late 2022.
Oblivion.io Software was founded in 2019 and is led by its CEO and Founder, Ray Laracuenta. Ray, who has extensive experience in the software industry with over 20 years at Gartner Inc., started the company with high-profile tech industry co-founders to provide custom-made community management tools designed to unleash the true and full potential of various communities.
The Catalyze platform is being developed on the solid grounds provided by its predecessor, WeAct.chat, a Web 2.0 social impact collaboration platform.
