Cheyenne, Wyoming – March 2, 2022– Oblivion.io Software LLC., a software company focused on developing blockchain-based and people-centric collaboration platforms, announced today the successful closing of the Seed Funding round for Catalyze, its Web 3.0 SocialFi collaboration platform, resulting in a total projected valuation of $10 million. This marks a major step towards Catalyze’s Initial Coin Offering (ICO) planned for late 2022.
Oblivion.io Software was founded in 2019 and is led by its CEO and Founder, Ray Laracuenta. Ray, who has extensive experience in the software industry with over 20 years at Gartner Inc., started the company with high-profile tech industry co-founders to provide custom-made community management tools designed to unleash the true and full potential of various communities.
The Catalyze platform is being developed on the solid grounds provided by its predecessor, WeAct.chat, a Web 2.0 social impact collaboration platform. With an inclusive approach towards Impact, Web 3.0 and creator communities, Catalyze will evolve into a blockchain-based, decentralized, and user-friendly community platform. “Our research has shown a tangible need for customized and built-for-purpose community management tools that provide exactly what a group needs to scale up, manage its members and evaluate its health,” explains Ray. To do this, Catalyze will propose a purposedly built and dynamic user interface designed to assist groups in their community-building needs such as information management, voting, organizing AMAs, in-app events, or interacting with donors and investors.
Catalyze’s first step towards a successful ICO planned for late 2022, was made possible by various strategic partnerships with Web 3.0 Venture Capital firms including Rawtech Ventures, Damo Labs, Apostle Capital, OpenDoor Venture Capital, and ZBS Capital, as well as by Angel investments from key industry leaders and community members. “We want to thank all those who believe in Catayze. I truly think that great things are about to be done together with our partners,” says Ray.
Catalyze is a blockchain-based collaboration platform for Impact, Web 3.0 and creator communities. With a decentralized governance model, Catalyze will showcase the best tools and advantages offered by the blockchain technology.
